Free Delivery

When you spend €70 or more, delivery (to a pick-up point or at home) is free, for deliveries to the following countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Free delivery to pick-up points is only available for Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain.

Delivery to a pick-up point or your home

The following table summarises the minimum delivery costs (including VAT) by country of delivery. Depending on the weight of the parcel and the distance of the delivery address, additional costs to cover fuel may be added. These rates are not valid for islands or overseas regions and departments.

Delivery times

We guarantee that all orders will be processed, prepared and passed to carriers within the two working days following the date the order was placed. The shipping time should be calculated from the date that the order is passed to the carrier and will vary depending on the carrier selected and the country of delivery.

  • UPS Standard (UPS Economy in Belgium): Click here  to see the map with delivery times by country.
  • DPD: Delivery from 1 to 4 working days, depending on the distance of the delivery address from our warehouses (BE, FR, LU, DE, NL, IT, ES, CH, UK).

For Belgium and France, the parcel will be delivered within 5 working days following validation of the order. This time may be shorter in normal periods and longer during sales and around Christmas and New Year.

We also offer delivery by UPS Express 24, if you need a faster delivery (this service guarantees delivery within 24 hours (excluding the order preparation time), for Belgium and France).


If you wish to return or exchange one or several items after purchase, you can

  • Exchange your products free of charge in a Noukie’s store
  • Return or exchange your products at your own expense via a carrier

1.  Free exchanges in a Noukie’s store

Exchange in one of our Noukie’s stores (excluding cumbersome baby products received by carrier):

  • You must return the item unworn, unwashed, with its labels, in its original packaging
  • Don't forget to bring the delivery note and your invoice (available on, in the "My Account" section, "My Orders" and then "See the order")

2.  Return or exchange at your own expense via a carrier

If your order was for a minimum of €70, the initial delivery costs were free.
You are responsible for the cost of return. If your order was for less than €70, the initial delivery costs were also your responsibility. In the case of an exchange, you will only pay for the initial delivery and return costs; you will not have to pay for the delivery of the new items (replacing the exchanged times).

In order to return your products:

  1. Fill out the return request in your "My account" section.
  2. Repack the items that you wish to return (unworn, unwashed, with their labels, in their original packaging), and address the parcel to: Noukies SA/NV, 21 Avenue Zénobe Gramme, 1480 Saintes, BELGIUM.
  3. Post the parcel at your nearest post office.
  4. Once Noukie’s has received your parcel, you will be notified and refunded for the amount you paid for the returned products.
